With this feature, you can set automatic follow-up rules in the Admin. Select the desired treatment, and choose the treatment status, and duration in days. For example, we are selecting D1110 – Prophylaxis Adult, status is “Completed” and the duration is 180 days. This becomes a rule for your clinic, any patient that has a D1110 treatment with the status “completed” gets an automatic follow-up appointment in 180 days (6 months) created for them in the Followup tab. 

Also, did you know you can integrate this with WhatsApp? Yes, it’s possible. Patients will receive a message automatically in the duration you want, for example, the 180 days mentioned above, reminding them to schedule a new appointment. This will show your patients that you care and make their oral health a high priority, thus increasing your patient retention.
