This feature allows you to create tailored payment plans for specific treatments. Choose the desired treatment whether they are current or completed treatments and input the preferred payment schedule. Once it’s finalized, you can print it. A printed copy provides a physical document for both parties, it ensures transparency and serves as a reference point. 

Always monitor plan status, and track each payment plan to keep things in record. The plan statuses are Draft, Active and Completed. 

Draft: When the plan is being formulated and yet to be finalized. 

Active: When the patient has agreed and payments have started. 

Completed: All payments are made.

It’s crucial to note that payment plans are for documentation and tracking purposes only and do not affect the invoices. 

Ensure the regular checkups of these payment plans. This not only reinforces your commitment to their health but also ensures that payments are on track. Have the billing staff well-versed in discussing payment plans and handling any concerns from the patients’ side. Remember you are trying to create a win-win scenario, patients receive the care they need without financial strain and your clinic maintains a steady revenue stream. That’s the ultimate goal.
