Rayan FaroukOn 14–15 November 2025, the dental world gathered at the Madinat Jumeirah Arena & Conference Centre in Dubai for one of the most anticipated industry events of the year — the CAPP 39th Int’l CAD/CAM Digital & Oral Facial Aesthetics ConfEx. This annual event continues to be a hub of innovation, education, and collaboration, and this year was no exception. We were proud to participate, meet incredible dental professionals, and showcase how technology is shaping the future of clinic operations.
Let’s take a quick reminder of what the ConfEx is. As one of the most recognisable exhibitions and conferences in the UAE’s dental sector, CAPP remains a driving force in dental education and digital transformation. With world-class speakers, hands-on workshops, and the latest industry innovations, the exhibition attracts thousands of dentists, clinic owners, specialists, and technology providers from across the region and beyond.
This year, the focus revolved around CAD/CAM systems, digital workflows, oral-facial aesthetics, and pathways toward smarter, future-ready clinical practices.
Our participation was centred on connecting with the dental community to understand their evolving needs, their workflows, and their perspectives. At our booth, we showcased the system designed to help clinics improve efficiency, accuracy, and patient experience. We’re proud to have contributed to the broader conversation on digital transformation in dentistry, something we believe every clinic can benefit from.
Booth #40 – What Happened!
Our booth quickly became a popular stop for visitors looking for a clinic management system integrated with NABIDH and Riayati. Throughout both days, we engaged with dentists, clinic managers, interns, nurses, and students — each bringing unique insights and questions that contribute directly to how we continue improving our system.
Visitors experienced hands-on demos of Balsam Medico, seeing how each feature fits naturally into a dental team’s daily workflow. They explored:

- Accurate digital treatment documentation
- Quick access to patient history
- Multiple ways to reduce administrative burden
Many attendees tried the system themselves and commented on how intuitive and user-friendly the EMR felt — even during the very first explanation. One of our favourite comments was how easy and understandable the system was, even before trying it hands-on.
The discussions at our booth were among the most valuable moments of the event. Dental professionals from the UAE and abroad shared the challenges they face daily — managing patient flow, avoiding scheduling gaps, tracking treatment progress, streamlining workflows, and reducing paperwork.
Who Did You Meet?
Our team was fully present — from managing partners and engineers to customer success officers — all ready to help attendees understand how technology can transform their clinic operations. One of the best parts of the exhibition was meeting visitors, giving personalised demos, and answering questions about workflows, integrations, and best practices.
As dentistry continues moving toward digital-first workflows, our goal remains the same: to support clinics with tools that reduce complexity, increase accuracy, and enhance patient trust.
